Fire Safety Certificates & Disabled Access Certificates

Fire Safety Certificates and Disabled Access Certificates proving compliance with Building Regulation Technical Guidance Document Part B and Part M are required for most building projects with the exception of single occupancy residential builds.

Construction work cannot commence on a project of this nature until a valid Fire Safety Certificate has been granted.
