About Us

Jeremy Walsh Project Management was established in March 2009 with the aim of providing a superior and personal service to clients embarking on all forms of building projects.

Our team has built up extensive experience in managing and designing projects throughout Ireland, UK and Australia and we couple this with our proven skills as Chartered Engineers and passive house consultants to provide this superior and personal service.

Based in Tralee, Co. Kerry, we provide a comprehensive range of services to deliver comfortable, healthy and energy efficient buildings, built to the highest standards.

Our aim is to give real comfort to our clients throughout the building process. We provide our clients with the expertise required to ensure an exceptional result for their home or premises. Our team operate across a number of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and retail

Jeremy Walsh, BE CEng MIEI.

Jeremy is a chartered engineer and certified passive house consultant with over 20 years experience as and engineer and project manager in the construction industry. Jeremy is also the sustainable construction lead at JWPM.

James Walsh BE CEng MIEI, Senior Engineer

James is a chartered civil engineer with a demonstrated history of leading multi-discipline teams in the civil and building industry. With strong communication and problem solving skills James is passionate about delivering high quality and sustainable design solutions.

Jonathan O’Leary BE Ceng MIEI. Senior Engineer/Project Manager.

Jonathan O Leary is a chartered engineer with over 10 years experience working in engineering consultancies in Belfast, Cork and Tralee in commercial, residential, healthcare, education and retail sectors. Jonathan is the civil and structural engineering lead at JWPM.

Michaela Dzúriková BSc Civil Engineering, Project Engineer

Michaela qualified as a Civil Engineer in 2020, and is a Qualified CAD Technician, with 4 years practical experience in the construction industry.

Miroslava Svatíková BE Civil Engineering, Project Engineer

Miroslava qualified as a Civil Engineer in 2020, and has been working with JWPM as a Project Engineer since.

Thomas O’Connor, Architectural Engineer

A Professional Architectural Engineer, registered member of both CIAT & CABE, certified passive house consultant with over 15 years experience in Residential & Commercial projects. Thomas’ experience and training has enabled him to contribute to Architectural & Engineering projects from concept to detailed design stage and on to completion. Thomas is also JWPM’s BIM co-ordinator..

William Casey, BEng BSc(Hons) MIEI Project Engineer

William graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering at the Institute of Technology, Tralee in 2020 has many years of experience in expertise in building, utilities, site surveys, planning, and design of high-quality structures and houses.
