When we decided to expand the business we got Jeremy Walsh Project Management to manage the design and construction of a new shop, restaurant and cooking facilities.  This allowed us to concentrate on the existing business and to get the people and products in place for the new premises.  With regular updates from Jeremy Walsh we still felt we had good control over the process and costs with a much reduced workload.
